USEFUL EXPRESSIONS FOR LAWYERS AND PLANNING CONSULTANTS, WHEN MEETING ENGLISH SPEAKING CLIENTS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN BUYING A PLOT OF LAND IN SPAIN.

1. Plot of land = Solar

2. Use = Different types of uses are a) industrial, b) residential, c) offices etc.. 

3. Easement = Accessibility, for example when you have to cross another person»s land to          gain access to your own. (Can cause alot of problems to landowners, because these                rights, at least in the UK, can be based purely on custom/historical).

4. Public footpaths or rights of way = For example you must be completely sure that                there  are  none of these before buying the plot of land.

5. Status of the land = For example is it within a development boundary? (designated            urban area), is it within a village boundary? Is it wihin an area of outstanding natural        beauty?
