A contract usually has the following sections:
- Name and addresses of the parties.
- Recital: This is the reason for the contract, eg….»the sale of 1 Ponzano Street».
- Definitions: eg….Banco Sabadell, hereafter called «the bank»
- Agreements, eg…the principal terms, the amount eg..$350, type of product, delivery dates etc,,,,
- Boilerplate clauses: refers to, for example, dates at which notices have to be served and permission to assign etc,,,,
- Schedules: Affixed to the back of the contract, eg…. specific requirements and details with regards to the products to be sold.
- Signature sections: Where parties sign under the printed names and dates.
- Appendices: eg….illustrations diagrams or plans.
